is showcasing its first annual
“Art for New Beginnings”

6pm to 10pm
with all the proceeds going towards
the purchase of a home to support
displaced women.
SET UP 4:45pm – 5:45pm:
Each artist will have a 6-foot area in
which to work. Artists must be ready to
begin by 6:00pm.
VIEWING 6:00pm – 9:00pm:
Artists will begin at 6pm as guests arrive.
Silent auction begins.
FINAL BIDDING 9:00pm – 9:15pm
At 9:00pm, artists will cease
work and guests will enter final bids.
AFTERGLOW 9:15pm – 10pm:
Winning bids will be tallied, payments will
be processed, and guests will have time
to make arrangements for their pieces
to be transported, along with having a
chance to speak with the artists during the
Afterglow.
